The monthly quota is enforced at the account level. At the limit, API
requests return 429 until the calendar month resets or StockAlloy confirms a
different written arrangement. See Rate limits & quotas for
the exact behavior.

Paid, MCP, and higher-volume access
Section titled “Paid, MCP, and higher-volume access”Paid access is contact-only while billing is being prepared. There is no public paid checkout and no paid self-service plan to purchase today. For MCP, higher volume, a paid validation, or a design-partner pilot, email data@stockalloy.com. Scope, availability, pricing, limits, and permitted use are confirmed directly in writing.
Do errors count against my quota? No — only successful calls count.
Can I try before signing up? A limited keyless sandbox is available for a small number of sample requests. Ongoing self-service API use requires signup and a Free API key.
What if I need more than 500 calls/month or MCP? Email data@stockalloy.com. Any paid or higher-volume access is scoped and provisioned directly while billing is being prepared.
Is there an SLA? Facts for covered tickers are typically available within days of filing. There’s no formal uptime or freshness SLA today — we’d rather tell you that here than have you discover it in an incident review.
